**Add-ons priced separately:** **None on Starter or Growth** — this is Gladia's explicit selling point: "every feature and language included." Speaker diarization, automatic language detection/switching, 100+ languages, and word-level timestamps are all bundled into the base rate on every paid plan. Only Enterprise offers "debundled pricing" (i.e. unbundling is the upsell, not an add-on charge). Volume discounts: Enterprise only.

**Async vs real-time: they DO differ** — $0.61/hr async vs $0.75/hr real-time on Starter; $0.20/hr vs $0.25/hr on Growth.
