> The pricing page describes tiered pricing generically, but AWS's own price feed
> shows standard batch and standard streaming each carry a **single rate dimension**
> (`6YS6EN2CT7`) with **one price and no volume tiers**. The four-tier dimensions
> (T1/T2/T3/T4) in the feed belong only to the **add-ons** — PII Redaction, Custom

Billing note: rates cover **up to two channels** per stream/file at no extra charge — a two-channel conversation is billed on total audio duration only. Billed in 1-second increments with no minimum.
